Lakeside Remodel

Leschi, Seattle, Washington

The owners of this humble Leschi waterfront home wanted to better connect their cramped galley kitchen to the lakeside patio and better utilize the existing square footage of the house. The remodel involved removing walls to expand the kitchen, allowing access to the incredible views and better flow for entertaining, and carving out space in the attic for crafts and play.
